1:48 Scale Lisa Painted Lady San Francisco Dollhouse Kit

This 1:48 Scale Kit comes without paint, made from 1/8 inch thick hard plywood, little to no sanding required. Kit comes with French doors or garage option so you may choose between either during build. Lisa Painted Lady San Francisco Kit comes with 12 rooms. Kit is open on two sides with lots of room for decorating. Kits comes with assembled interior doors, decorative windows with Plexiglas, assembled main door with functioning main door and storm door, assembled stairs and post, door and window toppers. Kit measures 6.5 wide, 14 deep and 9" tall when assembled. Assembled windows will have Plexiglas with plastic covering to protect from scratches and paint. Remove plastic after painting.
