Well known in the greater Pittsburgh area and beyond, Paul Bronder was widely known in the 70's and 80's for his specialty dollhouses, and his legacy remains so today. There is even a Facebook Group dedicated to Bronder Dollhouses @ Collectors of Bronder Dollhouses. These homes typically sold in the thousands of dollars and folks took out Mini Mortgages on them.
This particular Bronder house was built in 1981. It is signed with the trademark plaque. It is a front opening dollhouse, with his trademark back lit windows.
It measures 46 1/2 inches across x 25 inches deep x 37 inches high.
The back of the house has added braces, as the child for whom it was built had it mounted on the wall of her bedroom.
The house is in good condition. Not mint, but very good. Store Pickup Only. But.....as usual, if you are desperate to have this dollhouse and you live on the other side of the country, yes, it could be crated and shipped for exact cost, but it would not be cheap. Better to have someone drive in to pick it up.
