The Belmont Dollhouse Assembled, Unpainted

The Belmont is a cute two story cottage and features five rooms open to the rear. The kit comes complete with an assembled bay window and includes full foundation; laser cut dormer laser decorations; porch posts; second floor porch railing; laser cut exterior stairs; milled in clap board siding; four classic single windows;  a double classic window with shutters; a classic French door and a classic front door.

The Belmont is made from 3/8 inch Baltic Birch and has a shipping weight of 21 pounds.

This model is completely assembled, with various trim pieces only loosely attached, so that you can remove them to paint separately.
