NorthView Dollhouse by Real Good Toys, Assembled, Unpainted

This is a special find, as this kit is no longer being made.  Just came out of storage and on the market.  We are going to have our builder reattach the porch, so that it will be as shown in the finished images, but we are leaving the painting up to the buyer, unless you would like to have us do that for you for an additional charge.

It's in very good condition with all shingles perfectly attached.  The price for the kit alone was  more than $800.00 originally.
