This Tudor style dollhouse with stucco and exposed half timber was locally made by artisan Gary Jay.

It is Move-In-Ready, including the floors but also can be decorated to suit more details to your liking.

Measures 35.25 inches across x 19.25 inches deep x 34 inches tall.

***Store Pickup ONLY.......unless you are preparted to pay exact cost of packing and shipping via UPS  - which will run a good $500 -$900 or more as it has to be specially packaged and is "oversized".   We often have people drive quite a distance to pick up these unique houses by Gary Jay.
