Hand Crafted in Pittsburgh by Lynlott Miniatures and Dollhouse Junction, with quality 3/8 thick Baltic Birch throughout. Stairs not shown, as you have an option to include them, or not include them, on either floor. Option to add a doorway to the bathroom on the second floor, or keep as is in order to create more wall space. This house was designed with the interior spaces in mind, insuring adequate dimensions for proper furnishing.
