Description
This quality dollhouse shell was created by one of locoal Builders, Richard Oliveri.
He passed away before he could completely finish it, so our other Builder, John, graciously took it over the finish line.
It's big, lots of rooms, big rooms, with adjustable dividers to that you can create and decorate your own rooms according to your dreams.
Open in the back, with hinged front panels so that you can access from both sides.
Windows and Doors not included, so that you can create your own design!
Measures 38" across x 28" deep x 30" high.

PS, this is a really good value - expertly crafted with quality 3/8" Baltic Birch.
