Locally built with high quality 3/8 inch thick Baltic Burch by local craftsman, carpenter, John the Builder. Ready for you to select your own style of windows, door and trim.
Window openings are standard window size
Door opening measures: 3 1/16" 7"
Stairs and railings sold separately, but the shell includes a stair well filler, in the event that you choose to not have stairs on one floor or the other.
