Hofco Charminglaine Second Hand Model

This secondhand 1:12 miniature scale Charminglaine Dollhouse is a blast from the past, as in the late 1980'S.  These superior kits were hand machined by  HOFCO,  (Holweck Furniture Company), a highly respected manufacturer of premium vintage dollhouse kits, based out of Maryland, using quality 3/8" thick Baltic Birch. This particular model was was built from a kit purchased from us over 40 years ago, by a devoted father who then built it for his daughter. 
They are now ready to pass it on for someone else to cherish.

It measures 30.5" Wide x 17.5 inches deep x 29" tall, witha front opening panel to access the front rooms.  This dollhouse is really the best combination of design and dimensions for those wanting to furnish a number of rooms without the dollhouse taking up too much space. 

It is in good condition - ready to move in with just a few touch ups, or do a complete makeover to suit your imagination.
